Field Supervision of the UTP - UPB Agricultural Economic Survey and LTB Survey

Friday (06/14), To ensure the quality of data produced by BPS, every survey activity carried out by BPS will be monitored and controlled through a supervision process.

Head of West Jakarta City BPS, Muhammad Noval together with supervisors from DKI Jakarta Province BPS checked data collection on the Agricultural Economic Survey of Individual Business Units (SEP-UTP) and Legal Entity Agricultural Businesses (SEP-UPB)

Supervision of SEP-UTP activities is carried out in Kembangan District by visiting samples cultivating horticultural crops.

Meanwhile, checking the SEP-UPB is carried out by visiting a company that has a fish cultivation business. Data collection by enumerators was accompanied by 1 field supervisor and 3 supervisors from BPS DKI Jakarta Province.

The SEP-UPB checking activity is combined with data collection on the Annual Report of Fish Cultivation Companies (LTB) because both activities have the same target sample company.

With regular supervision activities, it is hoped that the quality of data produced from the Agricultural Economic Survey can further improve.
