Supervision of 2024 Annual Micro, Small Industry (IMK) Listing Officers

On Tuesday (16/07), the Head of the West Jakarta BPS Micro and Small Industry Team, Urip Kurniawan and Young Expert Statisticians of the DKI Jakarta Provincial BPS provided assistance to the 2024 Annual Micro and Small Industry (IMK) Listing officers in Sukabumi Selatan Village, Kebon Jeruk District.

The Annual IMK Survey Listing is conducted to capture micro and small scale industries involving a workforce of less than 20 people, which are categorized into micro industries of 1-4 people and small industries of 5-19 people.

Listing activities took place during July 1-26, 2024 to produce a sample frame that will be used in the Annual IMK Survey activities on August 1-24, 2024.

The Annual IMK Survey is used to present data on the activities of micro and small-scale businesses/enterprises according to the first 2 digits of the Standard Industrial Classification (KBLI) at the national and provincial levels as well as supporting data in meeting the data needs of the manufacturing industry related to the Micro and Small Industry (IMK) which will be used as supporting material for measuring economic growth while producing an annual profile of IMK businesses/enterprises.
